Hmmm.. Its not a one day run.. it was a about a year run which was very harder than anything which I faced in my life... When I was about to complete my project in JNTU Hyderabad during May 2010, My guide there asked to publish my project, But I didn't have idea of publishing it, since at that time my father was ill and only thing ran in my mind was to go home from Hyderabad ASAP...

By June 10th, 2010 I left from Hyderabad with Nevetha (PG Classmate) who done project in ICRISAT HYD. I cannot forget the day when we faced a big tragedy.. our HYD To CHENNAI train was one hour late and in a 2 min of time we are about to catch a CHE TO TRI train. With huge luggage we both run dead speed to catch the train.. Train already started moving, we already spoke together before to get into any compartment then to meet our allotted one.. but pity was we both get into different compartments and there is no way inside to reach our compartments.. As genius she kept her mobile in her laptop bag, But I was carrying that bag.. No way to communicate with her, I didn't know whether she entered into train or not.. It was like dead tired when I ran for train with about 3 travel bags of full loaded luggage.. I realized that I was strong as ROCK and had enormous stamina.. Train started at morning 7.50, but till 10am I was standing with luggage somewhere in some compartment.. Suddenly I felt that some mobile was ringing.. then found it was her mobile, which was wit me.. Finally She called from one number and said she reached the allotted compartment. Then When train reached Villupuram I ran down hard with luggage and reached the allotted compartment.. I never forget this tragedy in my lifetime...

JULY 2010: Our Project VIVA was on July 10th, 2010. I submitted my project presentation which was done in a new theme.. you can see my ppt at http://bskspicejam.yolasite.com/abstract.php . We friends were very happy to meet all together after 6 months of time.. we chat, shared our 6months experience in various places in India. I had got a job offer from OMICS online Hyd, But due to father illness I could not able to take that chance. If I joined that I would be the first person to join in Job out of my PG friends..Then SASTRA Uni PhD applied but not get selected..

AUGUST 2010: I had a dream of doing PhD in interdisciplinary Research area in abroad.. Had applied for special Deakin University, Australia scholarship worth 21 lakhs.. had got Recommendation letter from my Professors.. I had written a good proposal which covers interdiscplianry areas of Life sciences like Metabolomics, Bioinformatics,  Animal Biology, Circadian Rhythm,.. It was about nearly 20 days I took to write that proposal which was as good enough to start working.. Parallel I applied to other Uni and Research Institutes..

SEPTEMBER 2010: Got a call for PhD from IAS CAAS, China.. Conversation bw me and the prof was gone for about 3 months.. But project was in animal biology esp in Sheep stem cells.. I hardly find any work done in sheep Stem cells, It has nothing to cope up with Human medicine... It was very hard that I couldn't get any proper answer for my doubts or questions.. he has good teaching experience in reproductive biology but published only single paper.. when inquiring heard he would like to start his research career by using me as a trial... I hopped out..

NOVEMBER 2010: Best Biotek, Bangalore training on "Proficiency on rDNA technology".. had a good exposure to wet lab & handled on my own which removed fears about DNA purific, Gel run, PCR, etc.. Since in my UG I have never had these practicals(Mol Bio).. I thank Sushant sir esp who taught me from the basics with capable of answering reason behind using chemicals in techniques.. Also I remember a good care from Mrtiyunjay, Shweta and Dwipti.. Cannot forget the Awesome climate in Bangalore..

DECEMBER 2010: Highly expected Deakin Uni Aus results were out.. I faced a grt dissappoinment in my life.. I was not selected since I didn't have Paper publication or research experience.. Very darker days of frustration.. my PhD dreams devastated..

Then had applied many vacancies, but didn't get positive replies.. Life became so dark n dark..

Then started to Chennai...............................

Job Hunting begins...

January 2011: call from RCC hyd for interview.. really a good job as expected but it was 4 yrs bond.. There was no provision to do part time PhD too.. felt bad and returned with sad..

Then had asked for PhD positions in Uni of Madras, But no positive replies, simply they replied that will give positions only to their students.. :-(

Had gone till last round in Thomson Reuters,a MNC.. But being interested in research there was no work for me.. :-(

Tried Medox Biotech.. But being bioinfo student :-(

February 2011: Navya biologicals, Hubli, E Merge, Biozone.. Got offer to join but No way to do even part time PhD.. so :-(

March 2011: Bioiti coimbatore- when I was about to join they closed the institute due to problems between the partners.. Then tried PhD in SRM Univ, VIT, Karunya Uni, Bharathiyar Uni.. But vacancy was not there for PhD, Hence I planned to do M.Phil not to waste rest of the time in searching PhD positions..

APRIL & MAY 2011: Severe personal problems.. Recovered from it with the help of FRIENDS.. esp Pradeep.. Who was with me till I completely recovered.

The good time started after leaving from her(GF).. Got opportunity to publish a review paper with the help of R.Vignesh.. For the first time I am seeing my name in an Article. The article is related to "Antibiotics in Aquaculture" being covers toxicological aspects I contributed to the paper and made correction and finally MS accepted and recently it was  published

When we received Proof of our paper in PDF Journal format i gone cloud nine. We felt we are recognized to start our research career.

JUNE 2011: At the mean time, Got a call from R.Nagarajan, PA IISC regarding vacancy in MGDC for a Bioinfo project. Approached and got finally after a month waiting I was asked to join and start my research career by June 15th, 2011. The entire credit goes to Nagarajan, if he did not say about this opening I would be still searching for positions. I am grateful to him for Lifetime. This MGDC is one of the best lab for Invitro toxicology which focused on alternative methods of Animal usage in research. Hence Bioinfo comes into action here as in silico alternatives for Animal usage. So my dream of doing Interdisciplinary Research starts here and I am grateful to Prof Akbarsha and Dr.S.Parthasarathy (my PhD guide) to avail this position to me.

And Also I thank Mr. Padmanaban, Mr.P.P.Karthikeyan, Dr.ARockia Johnpaul, Mr. Rajamanickam (My Uncle) and Ms. Mahalakshmi for their timely advises and guidance to choose a correct path in my career and kept me in track in life whenever I faced disappointment.. A Sincere thanks to you all...

Now I am simply starting rocking...

One thing I wish to convey those who read this: Try Try Try Again till you reach your GOAL.. What ever happens it is only for Good. If i have got any of the above positions what I missed surely I would not reached MGDC. So Thanks to the GOD who gave me failures in my life for the past one year..
and FRIENDS and FRIENDSHIP lives forever.. Without friends I would not have get this much Perfect Career to start.. I need the same till the end.. ,
